结核病与恶性肿瘤的关系探讨

Relation between tuberculosis and malignancy

目的探讨结核病与恶性肿瘤的关系。方法采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术检测恶性肿瘤组织中结核杆菌DNA(TB-DNA)。结果23例恶性肿瘤组织中检出TB-DNA阳性患者5例,占总数的21.7%,且TB-DNA阳性患者肿瘤发病部位与结核病的好发部位基本一致。结论结核杆菌感染与一些恶性肿瘤之间可能存在着相关性。

Objective To investigate the relations between tuberculosis and malignancy.Methods Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was used to check and measure the tubercle bacillus DNA(TB-DNA) in malignancy tissue. Results Five TB-DNA positive cases were checked out from 23 malidnancy tissue. The location of the TB-DNA positive malignancy and the location where tuberculosis most likely to take place were in substantial agreement.Conclusion There may be special pertinence between TB infection and some malignancy.
