208例老年肺结核抗痨药物副反应分析及防治对策

Analysis of side-effect of anti-tuberculosis treatment on elderly and its prevention method

目的提高老年肺结核病人服药的依从性。方法对60岁以上的老年肺结核病人在抗痨药物治疗中出现的药物毒副反应进行分析,探讨防治对策。结果老年肺结核抗痨药物副反应发生率为50.96%,因药物毒副反应中断治疗率达24%,极易造成治疗失败。结论制定合理的化疗方案,掌握用药剂量,选择合理用药方法,可减少药物毒副反应,为全程治疗提供保障。

Objective To improve the dependence of taking anti-tuberculosis medcine for elderly. Methods Side-effect of anti-tuberculosis treatment were analyzed, the method of prevention and treatment were studied too. Results The side-effect rate of the studied group was 50.96% and 24% of the elderly patients dropped off the study, which might easily lead to failure.Conclision Reasonable plan and safety dosage can reduce the side-effect and better the effect of the treatment.
