辅助通气COPD合并重症高碳酸血症的临床研究

Investigation on BiPAP ventination as assistance for patients presenting with hypercapnic respiratory due to COPD

目的探讨无创通气治疗COPD合并重症高碳酸血症的临床价值。方法回顾分析COPD合并高碳酸血症,拒绝有创通气的患者,给预测BiPAP呼吸机治疗前后资料进行比较。结果16例患者中有12例患者明显好转,有效率75%;结论无创通气BiPAP辅助通气治疗COPD合并重症高碳桎血症仍有较好的疗效,PaCO越高疗效越差。

Objective To explore clinical value of the assistance of bilevel positive airway pressure (BiPAP) ventilation on hypercapnic respiratory failure due to chronoc obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods The data of 16 patients with treatment of BiPAP ventilation were analyzed retrospectively. Results Twelve patients (75%) got benefit from the treatment. Conclusion Patients with hypercapnic respiratory failure by COPD would get benefit from the assistance of BiPAP. The higher level of PaCO2, the worse the effect of BiPAP.
