参连降糖颗粒定性定量研究

Quality criteria for Shenlianjiangtang granules

目的建立参连降糖颗粒的质量标准。方法对参连降糖颗粒中主要药物黄连、地黄进行薄层色谱鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定人参皂苷Rg1的含量。结果薄层色谱检出盐酸小檗碱、梓醇;人参皂苷Rg1在0.518～8.288μg线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为98.32%,RSD=0.75%(n=5)。结论方法灵敏、简便、重现性好,可作为参连降糖颗粒质量控制的标准。

OBJECTIVE To establish quality criteria for Shenlianjiangtang granules for the quality control of the medicine.METHODS TLC was applied to identify Rhizoma Coptidis,Radix Rehmanniae in this prescription,and gisenoside Rg_1 content in the granule was determined by HPLC.RESULTS Berberine hydrochloride and catalpol were detected by TLC.The linear range of Gisenoside Rg_1 was 0.518～8.288 μg,and the average recovery was 98.32%,RSD=0.75%(n=5).CONCLUSIONS The evaluation methods are simple,sensitive and reproducible,and can be used in the quality control of this medicine.
