摘要
为探索建立有效大宗农产品供应链的分析方法,建立了供应链四维网络模型,提出了改进供应链的分析原则,以此分析了黑龙江垦区水稻供应链,总结了建立大宗农产品有效供应链的主要约束,表明以分布式协作管理供应链、以质量安全标准集成供应链是有效的管理方法.
For exploring the analysis method of building effective SC of primary agricultural products, this paper establishes a Four-Dimensional Network’s Model of the SC, and presents the analysis principles for the improvement of the SC. From analysis for the supply chain of rice in the HeiLongJiang Land Reclamation System by using the model and the principles, I found out the key restrictions to improve the SC. The results illustrate that the effective managing methods of the SC are the distributed Management of collaborative SC and integration of the SC by the quality safety standard system.
