摘要
指出传统机构动力学方程组矩阵解法的不足,提出改进方法:动力学方程组序列求解法。在运动学分析的基础上,采用改进方法对椭圆齿轮进行动力学分析,得到椭圆齿轮轴心和啮合点处的受力与转角的关系,为强度计算、结构设计和振动控制提供理论基础。
The deficiencies in traditional matrix method for dynamics equations are pointed out, and the improved method to overcome the deficiency is presented. The improved method is solution of dynamics equations one by one. Based on the results of kinematics analysis, the dynamics characteristics of elliptic gear are analyzed by the new methods. As a result, the relationship between the rotary angle and the bearing forces of rotary center and gear point is obtained, which provides theoretical base for strength calculation, structure design and vibration control of elliptic gear.
