摘要
轻油罐车卸车系统主要应用滑片泵辅助自吸离心泵卸油工艺和液动潜油泵卸油工艺。分析了夏季利用滑片泵辅助自吸离心泵卸油工艺克服气阻的情况。根据应用实例,对不同方案的卸油时间和能耗进行了分析,并对不同卸油工艺的建设投资进行了经济对比,为选择合适的卸油方案提供了依据。
There are two major processes applied in the wagon unloading system of light oil railway tank, namely slide vane-self absorption centrifugal pump unloading process and liquid driving submersible pump unloading process. The mechanism of eliminating air resistance by using self-absorption centrifugal pump for unloading oil in summer is analyzed. The unloading time and energy consumption of different processes are compared by an applied example. The costs for construction of different unloading process are analyzed economically.
