油田多相混输泵应用技术探讨

Applied Research on Multiphase Mixed-flow Pump in Oilfield

对于多相混输泵的现场应用情况进行了调研,结果表明,多相混输泵可以降低井口回压,扩大集油半径,增加油气产量,降低工程投资及运行费用。根据多相混输泵现场应用的经验,对于如何根据不同的开发条件选择多相混输泵的类型、型号及进行安装提出了一些建议。

The field application of multiphase mixed-flow pump is investigared. It shows that the multiphase mixed-flow pump can decrease the pressure of the wellhead,enlarge the distance of transportation, enhance the production of oil and gas. The engineering cost and operation expenses can also be reduced. On the basis of application of the multiphase mixed-flow pump in the field practice, some suggestions for choosing multiphase mixed-flow pump according to different development conditions and some cautions about installation of the multiphase mixedflow pump are given in this paper.
