摘要
中国石化集团管道储运公司临邑输油站 1#、7#钢制储油罐底板出现了腐蚀现象,在其大修过程中,对储油罐底板的腐蚀机理进行了分析,并根据其腐蚀状况提出了相应的预防措施。这些措施的实施在一定程度上提高了储油罐底板的抗腐蚀能力,延长了钢制储油罐的使用寿命。
The steel bottom of oil storage tank in the Linyi transportation station of the China Petrochemical Pipeline Warehouse and Transport Corporation was found to be corroded. In the general overhaul of the steel bottom , the corrosion mechanism was analyzed. Some anti-corrosion measures was put out and applied in the operation. The application shows that these measures are available for improving the corrosion resistance of steel bottom to a certain extent. In this way,the service life of the steel storage tank is lengthened.
