摘要
采用紫茎泽兰Eupatoriumadenophorum叶片为材料,研究了松针褐斑病菌粗毒素处理后植物叶片6种抗病相关酶活性的变化。结果表明:浓度为1mg/mL粗毒素处理紫茎泽兰离体叶片后,紫茎泽兰抗病相关酶活性总体呈下降趋势。处理12h后,紫茎泽兰过氧化氢酶、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶、超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶、苯丙氨酸解氨酶、多酚氧化酶分别比对照降低了80%,100%,53.8%,62%,61%,70%。
The impact of crude toxins from Lecanosticta acicola on activities of six defense related enzymes of Eupatorium adenophorum was studied The results indicated that treated by crude toxin solution (1 mg/mL) , activities of six defense related enzyme trended to be depressed After 12 h treatment, the activities of CAT,APX,SOD,POD,PPO and PAL reduced 80%,100%,53 8%,62%,61%,70% respectively
