摘要
目的:采用煤焦油制造实验痤疮兔模型,观察复方紫金霜对实验性痤疮的治疗作用。方法:30只雄性日本大耳白兔随机分为实验组和对照组,在实验组家兔双耳内侧外用2%煤焦油溶液2周以制作实验痤疮兔模型。2周后将实验组再分为3组,分别于白兔右耳内侧外涂复方紫金霜、5%硫磺粉刺洗剂和生理盐水治疗3周。结果:外涂煤焦油2周后,外用煤焦油组均不同程度肉眼可见兔耳出现粉刺,在普通光镜下呈现与人类痤疮类似的病理改变;而对照组在肉眼和病理无明显改变。外用药3周后紫金霜组兔耳粉刺大部分消退,基本接近正常对照兔;外用硫磺粉刺组粉刺部分减少;生理盐水组无明显变化。结论:复方紫金霜对实验性痤疮有较好治疗效果,可明显减少痤疮模型的毛囊角栓和减轻炎症,其疗效优于硫磺粉刺洗剂。
Objective: To observe the effect of compound Zijin Shuang for external use on experimental acne vulgaris in rabbit model made by coal tar. Methods: Thirty rabbits were divided randomly into experimental group and control group. In the experimental group, rabbit models were made by spreading 2% Pix carbonis on the inside surface of both ears of rabbits for two weeks; two weeks later, the experimental group was subdivided into three sub groups, and the compound Zijin Shuang, 5%Liuhuang Fenci Xiji and 0.9%N.S were respectively imbrued on the inside surface of the model’s right ears for three weeks. Results: After two weeks, comedones in different degrees could be seen on rabbit ear in the experimental group, which were similar to that of human acne by the light microscope. While in the control group, nothing happened. Three weeks after treatment, comedones on rabbit in Zijin Shuang group have mostly been extinct near to normal; In Liuhuang Fenci Xiji group, comedones have partially decreased. While in 0.9%N.S group nothing has happened. Conclusions: Compared with Liuhuang Fenci Xiji, Zijin Shuang is more effective on treating the experimental acne. Moreover, it is proved that compound Zijin Shuang can obviously decrease the hair follicular keratin plug and relieve the inflammation.
