摘要 随着计算机网络、通信、自动化等技术的飞速发展,电力远动系统在通信性能方面有望取得显著提升,从而为实现电力系统的协调保护与控制做出贡献。该文以最新变电站通信网络和系统系列标准IEC61850为基础,将其面向对象的建模思想和裁减后的通信服务模型用于远动系统,同时从系统的网络拓扑、设备的信息模型和通信模型等方面进行分析和设计,建立了一种新型的、分布式变电站设备和调度中心之间的远动信息网络化传输方式。基于该模型,在广域分组交换网上采用CORBA+JAVA的模式开发了面向对象的远动信息传输试验系统,通过试验初步证明了模型的有效性以及建立基于广域网络的电力远动通信方案的可行性。 With the rapid development of technologies of computer network, telecommunication and automation, telecontrol communication system has higher communication performance which contributes to the protection and control in power grid automation system. On the basis of the up to date standard of communication networks and systems in substations——IEC 61850, object-oriented modeling ideas and its communication server models are employed to telecontrol system in the paper. Some aspects such as network construction of the system, information model and communication model of IED of substation for telecontrol are analyzed and designed. A new and distributed telecontrol information transmission mode between IED of substation and dispatching center based on network is established. A object-oriented experimental system based on this mode and CORBA+JAVA is developed on the network. By experiment, it initially proves validity of the model and feasibility of establishing the telecontrol communication approach based on WAN.
