摘要
提出了一种微机继电保护装置主板测试的新方法,能够准确、快速、全面检测出主CPU板在生产过程中的产品质量问题,对继电保护装置主板自动测试系统软、硬件设计做了详细介绍。最后介绍了该测试系统的实际应用情况。
To test DSP-800 hardware main board, a new method is introduced by which all kinds of problems occurring during the producing process can be checked out precisely and rapidly. The design of the system's hardware and software are presented in detail as well. The system's actual application state is put forward in the end.
