摘要
开发变频涡旋压缩机的测试与数据采集/分析系统。通过与变频涡旋压缩机系统相连的传感器来测量涡旋盘内的瞬时压力、排气流量、系统主要部位温度等参数随电机转速的变化,进而对采集的数据进行自动分析,以此来获得有关变频涡旋压缩机运转的详细情况。这些分析结果提供了变频涡旋压缩机内能量损失的类型及数量,也可得到变频涡旋压缩机设计参数的实际影响效果,并及时地指导实验及研制工作,使得对变频涡旋压缩机的定性分析提高到了定量分析。
According to the inherent characteristic of inverter scroll compressor, its test and data gathering/analysis system is developed. Using this system, the change of instantaneous pressure on the scroll plate, discharge of airflow, temperature of system main components with the motor speed is measured by using the sensors linked with the system and the gathered data and can be auto-analyzed, so that the detailed operational condition of the inverter scroll compressor can be obtained. The analysis result offers the type and amount of energy lost in the inverter scroll compressor, gets the actual influence of design parameters on it, guides in time the experiment process and development of design. The qualitative analysis of inverter scroll compressor can be improved to quantitative analysis, which is impossible with the traditional test method.
