摘要
针对仅有全开、全关状态反馈的电动调节阀给工业控制系统设计人员的调试和操作人员的操作带来的不便,研究了电动调节阀在工业控制系统中的工作机理和西门子STEP7中PID功能块FB42的工作原理,提出了一种计算无连续开度反馈的电动调节阀开度的算法,并利用Matlab来检验其控制效果,进而运用到实际工程的控制系统中,证实该算法的实用性和有效性。
In view of the inconvenience of the operation and debugging come from the electronic valve with the only full opening or full shutting state feedback, the mechanism of the electronic valve and PID functional block FB42 of Siemens STEP7 is researched. An algorithm for calculating opening degree of the electronic valve with the non-succession feedback is proposed. The practice application shows that the algorithm is utility and effective.
