摘要
从企业文化着手,阐明了建立强势企业文化有利于推动企业发展的观点,论述了企业文化,重点阐述了建立强势企业文化在推动企业发展中的作用,建立强势企业文化的基本步骤,对塑造企业文化提出了几点建议。
Starting from enterprise culture, this paper expounds the viewpoint that strong tendency enterprise culture is helpful to promote enterprise development, analyzes enterprise culture, emphatically elaborates the function and the basic step of establishing strong tendency enterprise culture in promoting enterprise development, puts forward several suggestions for moulding enterprise culture.
