摘要
采用原子吸收法测量了古交市市民常食用的7种蔬菜中有害重金属铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)的含量,结果表明:不同蔬菜对Pb,Cd具有选择富积性,同一蔬菜不同器官对Pb,Cd的富积作用也不同。因此,实验为预测重金属对人类的危害、提示人们有选择地食用蔬菜提供了可靠的理论依据,同时也为农业上合理、科学利用污灌提供了理论依据。
We have measured the content of Pb and Cd, the harmful heavy metals in the seven common edible vegetables in Gujiao by using the atomic absorption spectrometry. The result shows that different vegetables have different selective collecting and the effect of the accumulation of Pb and Cd in different organs of the same vegetables is different. Therefore, the experiment provides the reliable theoretical evidences for suggesting people to eat vegetables selectively as well as making use of irrigating scientifically rationally in agriculture.
