地奥心血康对家兔心肌缺血—再灌注损伤中MDA、Ca^(2+)影响的实验研究

Research on the MDA, Ca^(2+) in serum in rabbits' myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury with Di'ao Xinxuekang capsule (DAXXK)

目的:探讨地奥心血康对家兔心肌缺血—再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法:以家兔血清中MDA、Ca2+为指标进行实验观察。结果:地奥心血康对心肌缺血—再灌注损伤家兔血清中MDA与Ca2+的降低有显著作用(P<0.01)。结论:地奥心血康通过对MDA与Ca2+含量的影响,对再灌注心肌损伤有明显保护作用。

Objective: To investigate the DAXXK's protection action in the rabbits' myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury. Methods: In order to prove the curative effect of DAXXK, observed the contents of MDA, Ca^(2+) in serum. Results: DAXXK could obviously decrease the contents of MDA, Ca^(2+) in serum in myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury. Conclusion: DAXXK has notable protective action to myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury by the way which influences the contents of the MDA, Ca^(2+) in serum.
