紫外分光光度法测定氯化血红素口服液含量

Determination of Hemin in the Oral Hemin Liquid by UV-Spectrophotometry

氯化血红素（Ｈｅｍｉｎ）治疗缺铁性贫血已逐渐受到人们的重视，但其含量测定方法未见报道。本文采用紫外分光光度法在３８４±１ｎｍ波长处，测定其口服液中氯化血红素的含量。线性范围为１．８～９．１μｇ／ｍｌ，相关系数γ＝０．９９９９，平均回收率９９．３２％，ＲＳＤ＝１．１７％。本法操作简便，重现性好，结果准确可靠。

It has been payed more attention to the treatment of iron deficiency anemia with hemin,However,the method for measuring hemin aren't found from literature.The determination of hemin in the oral hemin liquid with UV-spectrophotometry at 384±1nm was studied.Linear relationship was found in the range of 1.8￣9.1μg/ml.The correlation coefficient(γ)was 0.9999 with a coefficient of variation of 1.17%.
