本文概述了唐山市民营科技企业的发展现状,分析了制约唐山市民营科技企业发展的主要因素,提出了加快发展唐山市民营科技企业的对策和建议。
This paper sums up the current situation of the development of private scientific and technological enter- prises of Tangshan,analyzes the main factors that restrict private scientific and technological enterprise's develop- ment of Tangshan,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for accelerating their development.
