随着全国高校后勤社会化改革的进一步深化,学生公寓社区化的管理中出现了许多新问题、新情况。如何在物业管理的同时加强思想政治教育成为一个新的课题,就此对解决该课题的重要性、采用何种模式、加强制度和队伍建设、提高服务意识,予以探析,保障思想政治工作的顺利进行,达到育人目的。

With the further deep dovelopment of the logistic reform in colleges and universities,a lot of new problems and things appear in the socialization management of the studets' apartment.How to enhance ideological and politi- cal education at the same time with the property managemnet become a new lesson.So we should discuss and ana- lyse the importance of the lesson while adopting the proper mode,enhancing the system and developments of the sfaff,and improving service consciousness in order to guarantee the smooth progress of ideological and political work to attain the purpose of personel development.
