摘要
本实验采用Franz扩散小室,初步研究了利福平(Rifampin,RFP)透皮吸收情况,实验结果表明:RFP能透过离体小白鼠皮肤,且月桂氮 酮(Iaurocapran,Azone,氮酮)能明显地促进其透皮吸收。含5%(W/W)氮酮的RFP软膏在各时间下的透皮吸收量比不含氮酮者均提高了1倍以上。本文用抛物线拟合法建立了不同时间下不同浓度的氮酮对RFP透皮吸收量的数学模型,求得了氮酮对RFP透皮吸收促进作用的最佳浓度为5.70±0.45%。
The Franz diffusion cell device was used to study the percutaneous absorption of rifampin (RFP).The results showed that RFP could penetrate mouse skin in vitro and azone could promote the penetration.The amount of rifampin absorbed had more than doubled in using emulsion containing 5% azone than that without azone.Calculated by mathematical model,it showed that the optimal concentration of azone was 5.7±0.45%.
