By analyzing the interactivity between financial innovation and Chinese financial law,the writer discussed the effect of financial innovation on Chinese financial law. Meanwhile,the lagged financial law and regulations chokes back the financial innovation,in another word,the financial innovation eludes financial law,or financial innovation develops in the law vacuum.
