摘要
建立了红霉素的薄层色谱扫描测定方法。研究了展开温度、薄层散射作用、显色条件等因素对红霉素薄层色谱扫描的影响,为选择合适的测定条件提供了依据。讨论了红霉素中红霉素A和红霉素C的测定,回收率分别为99.6%和100.3%。
A TLC scanning method for the detection and quality control of erythromycins is described.In order to choose the rational analysis conditions the following was examined:development temperature,scattering power and color-deyeloping condition. The methed for sample analysis was discussed. The recoveries of erythromycin A and erythromycin C were 99.6%and 100.3%respectively.
