鄂北贝母化学成分的研究

Studies on the Constituents of Fritillaria Ebeiensis

从鄂北贝母ＦｒｉｔｉｌｌａｒｉａｅｂｅｉｅｎｓｉｓＧ．Ｄ．ＹｕｅｔＧ．Ｑ．Ｊｉ中分得４个生物碱单体，其中鄂贝定碱（ｅｂｅｉｅｄｉｎｅ）和去氢鄂贝定碱（ｅｂｅｉｅｃｉｎｏｎｅ）在该植物中首欢分得。经光谱等方法证明，文献［１］发表的新化合物鄂贝甲素（ｅｂｅｉｎｉｎｅ）和鄂贝乙素（ｅｂｅｉｎｏｎｅ）实与鄂贝定碱及去氢鄂贝定碱相同。

Four compounds were isolated from the bulbs of Fritillaria dbeiensis and their strures structures were established as verticine,verticinone,ebeiedine and ebeiedinone on the basis of chemical and spectral data. Compounds Ⅰ and Ⅲ were obtained from this bulbs for the first time。
