摘要
职业倦怠源自于与职业经历相关的人的内心感受和外部表症,经常发生在与需要服务帮助的对象有直接接触的职业行为个体中。中小学教师长期从事基础教育工作,职业特点和职业行为方式促使其容易产生职业倦怠心理,研究职业倦怠与中小学教师职业间的内在关系,寻找克服中小学教师职业倦怠的有效机制,有助于缓解其从业压力,促进中小学教师的身心健康。
Professional ennui is from the internal affections and external superficial characteristics of those who are associated with such professional experiences. It usually occurs among the professional behavioral individuals who have direct contact with service target. The teachers, in primary and secondary schools engaging in the fundamental educational, work for a long period of time, so the professional features and professional behavioral act promote the emergence of such professional fatigue sense. We study the inner relations between professional fatigue and the primary and secondary schools’ teachers, and find the effective measures to overcome those teachers’ professional ennui. This will help ease their employment pressure and improve their physical and mental health.
