摘要
图书馆的服务宗旨是让“读者满意”,为达到这一目的,就必先使“馆员满意”。馆员只有心情舒畅,自身潜能才能充分发挥。这样,图书馆的工作效率和工作质量才能提高,从而更好地为读者服务,才能真正让“读者满意”。
The service purpose of library is to 'satisfy readers',which means to satisfy libraries first.Only when libraries are happy,can their potentials are exerted.In that case,their working efficiency and quality would be improved, so that they can offer better service to 'satisfy readers'.
