电烧伤及其并发症663例临床分析

CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF 663 CASES OF ELECTRIC BURN AND COMPLICATIONS

本文收集鞍钢铁西医院烧伤科１９５７～１９９１年３５年间收治的电烧伤病人６６３例，占同期收治的烧伤病人９０６２例的７．３２％。男女病例之比为１０．４：１。平均年龄３４岁，其中２１～４０岁者占５９．１３％。发病呈逐年增加趋势，尤以八十年代明显增高，其中７～９月发病最多，占４２．６８％。截肢率为１５．８％。脓毒血症、脑水肿、，心肌损伤、肺炎、脊髓损伤、肝肾损伤、白内障等并发症占８６．７１％。本组共死亡１０例，均死于并发症。

There were 9062 cases of burn patients in our department from 1957to1991.We studied 663 cases of them covering about 7.32%of the inward patients. The ratio of male and female was 10.4:1,58.8% of the invalids were 21～40 years old,and theaverage age was 34.The morbidity had been increasing each year,especially during 1980s.42.68% of them took place during July～September.The amputating rate was 15.8%.Pyemia, brain edema, damage of cardiac muscle,pneumonia,spinal cord damage,hepaticand renal defect,and cataract,etc occurred in 86.7% of the patients.In this group,10cases died of complications.
