主要介绍LB250ZL柴油机为适应用户对柴油机性能及可靠性的要求,在L250ZL柴油机的基础上,通过对其曲轴、机体、凸轮轴等主要零部件结构进行改进,采用新工艺、新材料、新技术来提高柴油机的技术性能和可靠性,使其满足国际海事组织(IMO)及SOLAS公约关于船用柴油及排放和安全规则的要求。

To meet the customer's requirements of diesel engine performance and reliability,on the basis of L250ZL diesel engine,this paper mainly introduces that LB250ZL diesel engine improves its structures of main components,such as crankshaft,cylinder-block,camshaft and uses new techniques,materials and technologies to improve its technical performance and reliability so that it meets the requirements of IMO and SOLAS treaty on marine oil,emissions and safety rules.
