摘要
地肤子水提物500mg/kg使小鼠碳粒廓清速率明显降低,同时减少肝脏和脾脏对碳粒的摄取;地肤子100,500mg/kg能明显抑制腹腔巨噬细胞对鸡红细胞(CRBC)的吞噬作用,对PC诱导的迟发型超敏反应(PC-DTH)及绵羊红细胞诱导的迟发型超敏反应(SRBC-DTH)的诱导相及效应相均有一定的抑制趋势,但对二甲苯所致的炎症反应却无明显影响。表明地肤子水提物抑制单核巨噬系统的吞噬功能及迟发型超敏反应(DTH),其抑制DTH的作用机制可能与它对单核巨噬系统功能的抑制有关。
The aqueous extract of Fructus Kochiae Scopariae (FKS) markedly decreased the carbon clearance rate, the phageeytosis of carbon by macrophage(M_Φ)in the liver and spleen and the phagocytosis of chicken red blood cell (CRBC) by peritoneal M_Φ in mice,FKS also showed a tendency to inhibit the delayed type hypersensitivity (DTH) caused by sheep red blood cell (SRBC) and picryl chloride (PC) in mice when it was given either before or after the antigen challenge. However,no significant effect of FKS on the ear swelling of mice induced by xylene was observed.These results suggest that FKS inhibit the mononuclear phagocyte system and DTH,and the effect of FKS on DTH may be related to its suppression to the function of mononuclear phagocyte system.
