摘要
用化学发光方法比较研究了卡托普利(Cap)和谷胱甘肽(GSH)抗氧自由基的作用。结果表明,Cap和GSH都具有相似的基本结构一取代的N-羧甲基-β-巯基丙酰胺。两者对黄嘌呤-黄嘌呤氧化酶体系以及碱性连苯三酚自氧化体系产生的都有清除作用并具量效关系.Cap比GSH的清除作用大。两者对H2O2的清除作用的量效关系曲线十分相似。结果提示.Cap具有GSH相似的抗氧自由基作用.并且有取代的N-羧甲基-β-巯基丙酰胺这种结构特征的化合物,也可能具有GSH样的作用。
Using chemiluminescence,comparative studies have been made on the antioxygen free radical effect of Captopril(Cap)and Glutathione(GSH). Cap and GSH are similar in their ultimate structures-the substituted N-carboxymethyl-β-mercaptopropa-namide.Cap and GSH can effectively scavenge produced by Xanthine /Xanthine oxidase system and alkaline pyrogallol autoxidation system, and have quantitative effect.For comparison, Caf, is more effective.Cap and GSH are very alike in their quantitative effect curve when scavenging H2O2. Results also indicate that Cap has the same anti-oxygen free radical effect as GSH.Any chemical compound with the characteristisof the substituted N-Carboxymethy 1-β-mercaptoproanamide may have the similar effect asGSH.
