为了控制炭黑气力输送的终端压力,根据工艺给出压力系统的传递函数。提出利用PLC的PID自整定功能,用现场总线技术与变频器通讯控制风机的运行,对储料仓压力进行闭环控制。文中对有、无闭环压力控制系统进行了仿真,提出与原有压力控制方式相比,在仿真状态下,具有压力波动范围小、安全稳定性高等优点。

In order to control the terminal pressure of carbon black pneumatic conveying, based on the transmission function of the pressure system provided by the process, put forward to use PID of PLC for self-regulating the settings, to control the running fan with the site bus technique and inverter communication, control the silos pressure with the closed circuit control. The paper related the mimic pressure control system with or without closed circuit, made the comparisons with the original pressure control method, under the mimic status, it has the minor wave range of pressure and the advantages of safety and stability.
