国外天然气管道输送技术发展现状

Current Status of Transportation Technology of Natural Gas Pipelines in Foreign Countries

近几十年来,全球输气管道建设进入了高峰时期,各种新材料、新工艺、新设备、新技术的应用,使得天然气长输管道无论在设计、施工、运营管理方面,还是在管材、原动机、储库调峰技术方面都有了很大发展,特别是大口径、高压干线输气管道的施工和运营管理技术发展更加迅速。文章综述了国外天然气管道输送技术发展的一些特点,主要表现为提高输气压力、采用高钢级管材、干线采用大口径管道、输气干线呈网络化发展、采用高压富气输送工艺、高度的自动化遥控和先进的通讯技术、采用先进快速的管道机械化施工技术和装备等方面,这些经验和技术可供国内管道研究和施工人员学习和借鉴。

Some development features of transportation technology of natural gas pipelines in foreign countries are summarized.The main aspects are increasing g as transportation pressure, adopting high grade steel pipe materials,using larg e diameter pipes in trunk pipeline, developing gas trunk pipeline network, as well as applying high pressure rich gas transportation process, highly automati c remote control, advanced communication technology, fast pipeline mechanizati on construction technology and equipment. These experiences and technology are worthwhile to be learn and use as reference for domestic pipeline research perso nnel and construction personnel.
