甘氨酰组氨酰赖氨酸三肽与铜的络合物促使创面愈合作用的研究 被引量:3

摘要 对大鼠创伤模型进行组织学的观察.研究甘氨酰组氨酰赖氨酸三肽与铜的络合物(GHL-Cu)对创伤愈合的影响。结果表明GHL-Cu能促使大鼠创面向芽组织的形成.上皮细胞的生长和分化.加快伤口愈合.为阐明GHL-Cu促使创面愈合的机理提供一些有用的资料。 According to the observation of histology, Gly-L-His-L-Lys:copper(GHL-Cu)promoted the torm of granulation in the wound area,and the growth and differentiation of epicyte in rats.So as to accelerate the healing of wounds.The results provided useful materials for explaining the mechanism of GHL-Cu to accelerate the healing of wounds.
