内部燃油法热处理工艺在球罐制造中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 采用内部燃油法对400m3丙烯球罐进行消除焊接应力热处理,以柴油为主燃料,液化石油气为辅助燃料,用对流和辐射方式加热球罐,用WRNK-131型热电偶测定球壳温度。文章介绍了球罐整体热处理的方案制订、工艺系统和操作程序。该方法所需设备简单,操作方便,能耗小,施工作业受环境影响较小,热处理效率高。 Heat treatment is performed for one 400 m3 propylene spherical tank w ith inside fuel inflaming method to eliminate welding stress. The main fuel to b e used is diesel oil; the ways to heat spherical tank are convection and radiat ion; the temperatures of tank shell are measured with WRNK-131 type thermoelect ric couples. This paper describes the scheme establishment, process system and manipulative procedure of the method that makes features of simple equipment, c onvenient operation, small amount of energy consumption and high heat treatment efficiency.
