摘要
油罐整体举升技术与工艺能否应用于5万m3浮顶油罐,是继2万m3浮顶油罐成功举升之后又提出的新问题。文章设计了5万m3浮顶油罐整体举升的方案,对不同工况的方案进行了稳定性和强度校核计算,并进行比较,提出了优选方案。试举实测结果表明,油罐底板边缘板和罐壁的最大应力与最大垂向位移基本符合计算结果,表明该技术方案具有可行性和安全性。
Using the successful experiences of oil tank integral lifting in rece nt years for reference, the schemes of integral lifting for a 5×104 floating r oof tank are worked out, and through the verification calculations of stability and strength, the optimum scheme is determined. The tested lifting operationsh ows that the maximum stresses and maximum vertical displacements of tank bottom plates, edge plates and walls are in accordance with those of the calculated re sults. It proves the feasibility and safety of the technical scheme.
