摘要
论述了工艺设计在企业生产制造活动中的地位以及实行计算机辅助工艺设计(CAPP)的必要性。介绍了计算机辅助工艺的发展历史,分析了其应用的国内外现状和其未来的发展趋势,未来CAPP的发展趋势必将向集成化、工具化和智能化几个方向进一步发展。讨论了如何把握CAPP技术发展的现状,结合企业自身的条件和工艺能力水平,建立一套符合企业实际情况的CAPP系统,根据多年的工艺设计和管理经验,以及对CAPP技术的深入研究,提出了建立一套“集工艺设计和工艺管理、生产管理和质量管理为一体的集成化CAPP系统”的解决方案。拟定建立了“计算机辅助工艺”系统的详细方案和实施步骤,并就方案实施过程中需注意的问题进行了讨论和分析。为同类企业建立一个即满足自身需求,同时又保证系统具有技术先进性、实用性和符合长远发展要求的CAPP系统,提供了一个良好的范例。
This paper discusses the process planning and its position in the activity and practice in the enterprise and the necessity of Computer Aided Process Planning (CAPP). It introduces the development history of the Computer Aided Process Planning and analyzes its domestic and international application status together with its future development trend. The development trend of the future CAPP will necessarily face development in a few directions in terms of integration, tool and intelligence etc.. This article discusses how to grasp the current CAPP technique, combine the enterprise condition with the process planning level to establish a CAPP system matching the enterprise actual of circumstance. According to the process planning of many years and the management experience, and the study on CAPP, the author puts forward a concept of“integrating the process planning,the production control managing and the quality managing in one system of CAPP”. It established a detailed scheme of the “Computer Aided Process Planning” system and steps for putting it into practice problems occurring in the process are discussed in detail. This paper provides a good example for the same kind enterprise to create a system of CAPP to satisfy its own requirement, and at the same time, guarantee the system have advanced technique, functionality and meeting future demand.
