解决热网失调和实现节能的有效途径

摘要 对近几年在供热管网中采用自立式流量控制器、实现管网系统的动态调节途径、解决管网中的水力失调等问题进行了阐述。工作目标是在运行中实现量化管理、节能降耗、确保平稳、均衡供热,适当调整比摩阻的技术问题。最后就自立式流量控制器的投资效益作出分析,并对其使用提出了要求。 The routes to adopt self-support flow controller to realize dynamic regulation on the thermal supply network in recent years were summarized. The quantitative management during operation realized energy saving and consumption reduction purposes. The running was steadily and thermal supply was balanced. The technical problem to the regulation of specific friction resistance were put forward. At last, the investment benefit of self-support flow controller was analyzed and the requirements on the controller utilization were presented.
