摘要 介绍一种新型高效塔盘—ADV(r)微分浮阀塔盘在气体分馏装置中的应用情况,该塔盘与F1型浮阀塔盘相比生产能力提高40%,分离效率提高10%,操作弹性提高40%。ADV(r)微分浮阀塔盘已在5套改造和3套新建的气体分馏装置的应用中。特别是在塔径、塔高、塔盘数不变即塔体利旧的情况下,用ADV(r)微分浮阀塔盘替换原F1型浮阀塔盘,使各个精馏塔的生产能力提高了40%以上,精丙烯满足了聚合级丙烯纯度的要求,验证了ADV(r)微分浮阀塔盘是一种大通量,高效率的塔盘。 Introduces the application of a new type of trays-advanced micro-dispersion valve(ADV(r ) trays for distillation of refinery gas. Compared with F1 valve trays, the production capacity and efficiency increase at least 40 % and 10 % respectively. At the same time, the operative flexibility of ADV(r) trays improves 40 %. ADV(r) trays have been successfully used in five revamping and three new design sets of gas plant. The capacity of fractionators improves more than 40 % with F1 valve trays replaced by ADV(r) trays without diameter, height and tray numbers modification. The refined propylene product can satisfy the requirement of polymeric propylene. The ADV(r) trays are verified to be a kind of trays with high flow and high efficiency.
