Preparation of A Nutritional Liquid Soap

为研制具有长久保持润肤效果的营养型浴液,试验室采用正交试验法对浴液的多种主剂、助剂及配比进行了评价和优化,结果表明:在适当的工艺条件下,采用w(AESA)=8%、w(4201)=15%、w(APG)=5%和w(ASB)=10%作为主剂复配后,再加入w(CD-39)=2%、w(FS-8)=0.3%和w(6501)=1%助剂,研制出一种高营养型润肤浴液。经相关部门检测,该产品性能完全符合QB1994-1994标准和化妆品卫生规范。

The formulas of main surfactants and its auxiliary of liquid soap were studied by orthogonal tests in the laboratory in order to develop a new liquid soap, Which was proved to be very nutritious and people left moisture-retentive after using it. Results showed the new liquid soap was developed by using a kind of main surfactants, containing of 8 %(wt) AESA, 15 %(wt) 4201, 5 %(wt) APG and 10 %(wt) ASB, to re-mix with another auxiliary, containing of 2 %(wt) CD-39,0.3 %(wt) FS-8 and 1 %(wt) 6501. The liquid soap accorded with QB1994-1994 ministry standards.
