Care Political Ethic: Confrontment of Feminism against Justice Political Ethic

近代启蒙伦理以公正为内容与目的为现代政治建构提供了价值合理性论证,并为西方主流政治哲学的权利政治形态奠定了基础。女性主义对权利政治的个人主义方法论提出质疑,以公正政治伦理采用“普遍他人”式的理性自我范畴作为批判焦点,指出了这种理论建构的问题是忽视了共同体所具有的关怀性质,漠视人类生活中人的脆弱性与依赖性的人性基础,以致于权利政治建构中的公正政治伦理不能体现出关怀价值的政治意义,更不能揭示现实政治实践中性别权力的运作。

The modern enlightenment ethical theory provides the argument of modern political construction,and puts the solid basis of western mainstream right politics.Feminism doubts the individual methodology.As for the (establishing) point of human community——rational self as a “general one”,feminists point out that this analysis (ignores) the nature of care and its role in human community.Because of neglecting frangibility and dependency,the right politics cannot manifest caring’s political sense,nor the sexual power in the western political practices.
