摘要
采用氢清除法和计算机(自编程序),测量29只Wistar鼠脑皮质下等14个部位LCBF的同时,观察吸入氢对脑血管阻力和血压的影响。发现动脉血压明显下降,MAEP下降为4.8±1.3kPa(P<0.01)。CVR降低为0.08±0.03kPa·m1-1·100g-1·min-1(P<0.05)。其机制可能是血管平滑肌舒张和脑血管自身调节造成的。两侧脑尾核壳核、苍白球、海马m-LCBF分别为61.96±6.17、75.30±5.90、75.91±10.35ml·100g-1·min-1。两侧脑全部的m-LCBF进行t检验均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。
he hydrogen clearance method and program for IBM-PC computer were adapted for measuringLCBF at 14 sites of infracortical and cortical tissues in the brain of 29 Wistar rats。Theeffects of inbalant hydyogen on ABP and CVR were observed simultaneously.We discovered evident re- duction of ABP.A fall of MABP was 4.8±1.3kPa(P<0.01).A fall of CVR was 0.08±0.03kPa·ml-1·100g-1·min-1(P<0.05).The effects could have resulted from vadodilation and autoregulationof cerebral vessel.But we measured that LCBF of bilateral cerebral caudate putamen and globus pal-lidus and hippocampus averaged 61.96±6.17 and 75.30±5.90 and 75.91±10. 35ml·100g-1·min-1,respectively。 LCBF in bilateral brain averaged 64. 46±7. 15ml· 100g-1· min-1; That tests of all m- LcBF between two cerebral hemispheres were not significant( P >0.05)。
