经右胸食管癌切除淋巴结廓清沿食管床颈部食管胃吻合术

The Oesophagectomy and Lymphadenectomy Through Right Thoractomy for Cancer of the Oesophagus

１９９１年７月至１９９３年１２月间我科用经右胸食管癌切除淋巴结廓清，沿食管床于颈部食管胃吻合术治疗食管癌７０例。共廓清８０１组淋已结，癌细胞阳性率为１７．７％。切缘上下端未见癌细胞残存。颈部吻合口瘘２例。无术后在院死亡。术后近期效果良好。

he oesophagectomy and lymphadenectomy through right thoractomy and gastro-oesophageal anas-tomosis in the neck have been used for esophageal carcinoma in 70 cases from July 1991 to Dec. 1993.The positive rate of the lymph metastasis was 17.7%in 801 lymph nodes. No remnant carcinoma cellshave been found at the incisal edge in all cases. The cervical anastomosis leakage in 2 cases had beenseen. There was no case of postoperative death in hospital.The postoperative early results were satis-factory.
