摘要
对2002年河南省体育传统学校的总体布局、分布数量、参加传统项目的人数、输送率进行了调查和分析.对河南省国家级体育传统学校的成功经验进行了个案研究.结果表明:河南的传统项目布局较为合理,但总数偏少,参加体育传统项目的人数较全国平均数低2.15%,输送率为1.6%与全国同期输送率持平.经过个案分析认为:只有转变学校领导的教育观念,加大投入、夯实物质和人文基础,重视原有教师的培养和优秀教练员的引进、进行科学选材和训练,课内课外相结合、普及与提高相协调,河南省体育传统学校才能健康、持续地发展.
An analysis was conducted in 2002 in the traditional physical education (PE) schools of Henan province in terms of overall distribution, the number of distributions, the number of people who participate in the traditional events and the rate of selection and recommendation. Case studies were done with the success stories of the national-level traditional PE schools in Henan Province. The result shows that the overall distribution of the traditional events in Henan Province is rational; the number of distributions is too low; and the number of people to participate in traditional events can be increased by 2. 15%. Selection and recommendation ratio of the province is 1. 6% , equal to the national average. This case study indicates that in order to develop the schools with PE tradition in Henan Province, education concept on the part of school leaders is supposed to change: to invest more, stress teacher training and hire elitists, combine scientific selection of athletes and training, in-class education and extra curriculum activities and coordinately raise the standard based on popularization.
