摘要
分析了东方红WY10系列液压挖掘机生产过程中清洁度对液压系统可靠性的影响,针对具体情况采取了相应的工艺改进措施,有效控制了清洁度,使产品性能得以提高。
Effects of cleanliness on the hydraulic system reliability of WY10 series crawler excavator is analysed while in the process of production in our plant. According to the conditions,some technical measures have been taken to control the cleanliness and the performance of the product been improved.
