Analysis of Average Years of Life Lost on tbe Mortality Data of Benxi Steel-Iron Company

本研究以本溪钢铁公同职工为研究目标人群，应用平均减寿年数（ＡＹＬＬ）分析疾病对寿命的危害程度，它较减寿年数更能突出反映出“早死”的危害，确切反映不同疾病对寿命的影响。结果，中毒与外伤是本铜职工“早死”的第一位死因。恶性肿癌ＡＹＬＬ为１５．６年，不同工种问，恶性肿瘤ＡＹＬＬ无差异，该研究定量地反映钢铁职业受疾病对寿命的危害程度。

his paper employed the indicator average years of life lost(AYLL)to stress “premature death”.Toxicity and injury is the leading cause of death which harm the workers life in Benxi Steel-iron compa-ny.Malignant tumor is also an important cause of“premature death” which AYLL is 15-16 years,It isreason able to think that there is a relationship between malignant tumor and occupational harmful fac-tors,It’s significant to the study of occupational tumor.
