核磁共振^(31)P谱研究川芎嗪对细胞高能磷酸盐代谢的影响

摘要 利用核磁共振 ̄(31)P普测定鼠肌细胞内α-ATP、β-ATP、γ-ATP、肌酸磷酸盐以及无机磷酸盐的相对含量随时间的变化时,发现注射川芎嗪的小鼠,其肌细胞前四种高能磷酸盐的代谢速率明显高于对照组。此法具有快速和非破坏性的优点,可进行细胞内高能磷酸盐代谢的动态观察。 The dependence of the relative concentration of five phosphates (the intracellular phosphates of (α、βand γ) ATP,creatinina phosphate and inorganic phosphate in the femoral biceps muscle of mice) on time was studied by 31P-nuclear magnetic e spectra. The experiment results showed that the metabolic rates of the four high-energy phosphates were higher in the muscle cells of the mice injected with ligustrazine phosphate solution than those in control mice. The proposed method was rapid, nondestructive and useful to investigate the intracellular high-energy phosphates metabolism dynamically.
