摘要
用正交设计实验和差示扫描量热法(DSC)筛选出制备包结物的最佳制备条件,制备了β-CD-香豆素、聚乙烯醇-香豆素、β-CD-聚乙烯醇-香豆素、β-CD-冰片等6个包结物,并考察了它们热稳定性。包结物在80℃加热5天,β-CD-香豆素和聚乙烯醇-香豆素释放率为100%,而β-CD-聚乙烯醇-香豆素释放率仅为39.5%。
The optimum conditions of preparing inclusion complex were investisated by orthogonal design and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC).Six inclusion complexes including β-cyclodextrin (β-CD)-polyrinyl alcohol (PVA)-coumarin et al were prepored. Their thermal stabilities were also studied. Inclusion complexes were heated at 80℃ for five days. It was found that the release rate of β-CD-coumarin and PVA-coumarin was 100%, but the release rate of β-CD-PVA-coumarin was 39.5%.
