摘要
用双波长薄层扫描法测定优力藤片(YOLITEN)中雷藤素甲(triptolide)的含量。采用硅胶G-CMCNa薄板,样品经氧化铝吸附、氯仿回流提取、浓缩后点样。展开剂为乙酸乙酯-氯仿(1.3:2.0),用岛津CS-9000型扫描仪λ_s=510nm,λ_R=610nm波长处扫描。随行外标两点法计算含量。线性范围为0.1231~0.7386μg,回归方程A=61803.26C+5576.85,r=0.9998。回收率为104.1%,RSD=2.73%(n=6)。
A method of quantitative analysis for triptolide contained in YOLITEN by dual-wavelength thinlayer scanning technique is reported.The TLC plate was coated with silica gel G using ethyl acetate-chloroform (1.3:2.0) as developing solvent. Samples were absorbed with aluminium oxide and extracted with chloroform on water bath. The solution was evaporated to dryness and the residues dissolved in chloroform and then spotted on the plates. The plate was scanned at λs=510 nm,λR=610 nm in ZIG-ZAG scan mode with a SHIMADZU CS-9000 TLC scanner (Japan) and the amounts of triptolide were directly calculated. The standard curve is rectilineal within the range of 0.1231~0. 7386 μg,and the recovery of amount of triptolide in YOLITEN was found to be 104.11%, RSD=2. 73%.This method had been used for the quantitative analysis of triptolide contained in YOLLTEN ,and the results were satisfactory.
