摘要
应用先进的计算流体力学(CFD)软件完成了大功率空冷汽轮机末级流场特性分析,计算分析结果基本揭示了末级叶片流道内的复杂流动状态,对提高末级叶片的气动设计水平发挥了重要作用。先进的计算流体力学技术应用于汽轮机的通流设计,不但能有效提高机组的通流效率,还将大大缩短设计周期,降低设计成本。
Larger power air cooling steam turbine last stage flow field characteristics were analyzed by advanced CFD codes,And the computational results show complex stream state in the last stage flow path,Which plays an important role to improve air dynamic design level of last stage blade.Applying advanced CFD technology in flow path design of steam turbine not only can improve the efficiency of Steam Turbine stages,but the product development period and also economize the development cost can shorten.
